What is included in full board package preparation?
Velvet breaks down the requirements, organizes documents, gives step-by-step guidance, prepares and reviews the draft, coordinates submission, follows up on open items, and can help you prepare for the board interview.
Do you handle both digital and paper applications?
Yes. Velvet works with online platforms such as Domicile or eApply as well as traditional packages requiring printed documents, original signatures, checks, and physical delivery.
Can you help if I already started the package?
Yes. Review-only, review-and-assist, partial review, financial statement preparation, and reference-letter support are available when you do not need full-service preparation.
What information will I need to provide?
Requirements vary by building, but commonly include financial records, employment information, tax documents, identification, reference letters, signed disclosures, and transaction details. Velvet creates a package-specific checklist.
Are platform, delivery, and mailing fees included?
Third-party platform charges, printing, delivery, mailing, and unusual out-of-pocket expenses may be separate. Any expected additional costs are identified as the package is reviewed.
Can Velvet guarantee approval?
